HUNG UP - Arizona International Festival Online Screening

Hung Up will screen online from April 18th to 21st with country music film Hell of a Heartache as part of the 29th Annual Arizona International Film Festival.

The Arizona International Film Festival, the longest running film festival in Arizona, will run from April 15 to April 26, 2020 at The Screening Room and other exhibition venues throughout Downtown Tucson.

The Festival theme of Bridging Cultures provides a way for independent cinema to share images and voices from diverse cultures with Arizona communities. Since 1990, the Arizona International Film Festival has screened over 2900 films from 100 countries to over 160,000 Arizonans of all ages.

Hung Up updates the modern-day cowboy mythology to a cowgirl mythology, telling the story of the injured-but-indomitable Patty "Duke," played by Ecuadorian-American actress Melissa Jackson. Also starring Kevin Kane as the cowboy "Travis," and Catherine Curtin as the rancher "Mrs. Squires." Stunts coordinated by Duke Largo Wimberly and stunts by Adam Lucero.

American Humane monitored the animal action. No animals were harmed®. (AHD 09006)
